A:  MJBDesigns For You (MJBD) uses the standard US catalog size chart for women.

Q:  How will I know my order was received and payment for my order processed?

A:  For online catalog purchases, once your order is received and payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order will be sent within 7-10 business days.  For one-of-a-kind MJBDesigns For You orders, a MJB Design Representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete your order.

Q:  Do I need to put down a deposit for one-of-a-kind MJB designs?

A:  MJBDs are discussed in detail before the actual product goes into development.  Initial sketches and final sketches of your MJBD is reviewed with you and your confirmation of acceptance with a 50% down payment is required of the total price before production of your one-of-a-kind MJBD can begin.

Q:  Can I change my color story for my one-of-a-kind MJBD?

A:  If supplies have not been purchased and production has not begun, yes.

Q:  What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase and want to return my item?

A:  MJBDs takes great pride in insuring each design shipped is carefully inspected and meets high standards before shipping it to our MJBD customers.  MJBD stands by our mantra that satisfying our customers is our ultimate goal; thus, MJBD accepts all returns that are unworn, undamaged and/or in original condition and as such a full refund is provided to customers under those circumstances.
